The design of  Panasonic toughbook cf-d1 mk2  is somewhat similar to the old machine from that era. The machine is only 13.3in in size but it looks quite thick. The case of the device is covered by a material from Magnesium that increases rigidity but is also light. Due to the weight of the machine up to 1.8kg, so Panasonic has designed an additional support bar behind the machine so that when users in tablet mode can hold the device more easily.

OVERVIEW

Original Ford OEM diagnostic scan tool works with the Ford IDS diagnostic application running on PC to diagnose Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles. It provides full dealer-grade 16pin OBD II diagnostic reprogramming. VCM 3 Provides authentic OEM diagnostics for Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles. Customer Flight Recording (CFR) functionality with optional sling Cable industry standard J1962 Data Link Connector (DLC) and USB cable. Four LED indicators and signaling devices provide technicians with continuous visual and audible operational status. Advanced 802.11 wireless reduces reliance on service department wireless capabilities infrastructure Improves durability SmartPower management system to protect VCM 3 in harsh environments Integrated with Diagnostics integrated prediction (IDS). New wireless software integrated with the IDS installation package Wireless functionality is preferred for all IDS functions including module reprogramming.
